Bringing joy to healthy eating

In 2014 we started the oven at our family bakery Sanus Glutenfri in the small town of Marieholm. Our mission was, and still is, to bake gluten free products that everybody could enjoy. We have been baking almost every day ever since. Everything from baguettes to hotdog buns, pizza crusts and naan bread. 

When you are a small family bakery specialising in creating gluten free food, you have to be a little bit fuzzy and very innovative. When we launch a new product, you can be sure that we have done our best. We test, taste and rework everything until we achieve the best  there is. Whether it is a burger bun or a grained bread, it has to live up to our standard and motto; Bringing joy to healthy eating. For everybody. That’s why we bake without allergens, gluten or wheat. Almost everything from our bakery is vegan too. 

At Sanus Glutenfri we have removed anything that could cause problems, but kept all the good stuff.

Our bakery has an IP Food certificate.
